Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — unnecessary deduction from prepaid amount without any knowledge | |||
Sir i am receiving messages from bsnlcg that amount of rs 5 & rs 7 deducted towards vas which i have never opted for. Pls do needful to return back the money deducted and deactivate the same. I have been told by 1909 bsnl consumer complaint that it is by third party. I am surprised to see how the money from bsnl prepaid account shall be deducted without bsnl knowledge.
