Hi team,
My bsnl no. [protected], last time when i spoke to the agent they told the current plan in my number was of 72 rupees & now after my validity end the 36 rupees deducted from my account automatically & validity extend only for one month. So i don't know which plan i was running with but i will do the validity extend from my end manually else if there end they are doing automatically then they should ask me which plan i want to take, else when they have already make this deduct i am asking for the adjustment. But they are denying.
When i asked customer care agent shahini praveen for raising the complain regarding this & make the adjustment here for 74 rupees for 6 month validity she denied to log the complained & deny to help me out is this the way you are providing support. The balance get deducted from my account automatically & they are not adjusting that as well.
Again i called to your customer care senior executive & he was trying to avoid the call & came to on call after 20min of call transfer to him. Also he ignore what i reported my concern & asked me to visit to the nearest bsnl service center. Is this the only work for me to change my plan i have to move here & there. Finally without listening anything he disconnected the call. Very bad service & support i received today from you people.
Please do the needful action within 24 hour else i will take the help of social media regarding this. This is completely a fraud activity they are running now a day & all of there customer should know about this. Was this information helpful? |
