I paid online for wings services of bsnl on 27/06/2019. There is no communication from bsnl either through sms or email after registration. I have the downloaded pdf that got generated after payment confirmation. I called several times but the customer care has no idea about wings services. Also i went physically to a bsnl office and given all details and they also could not activate the service. I sent several mails to bsnl which remain unanswered till now.

Given two comlaints in consumerhelpline.gov.in but the complaint just got registered then closed and disposed. No feedback taken from consumer whether it actually worked or not.
Pathetic service by bsnl.
