Direct into matter I have some problem regarding my recharge, and when i talk to the first customer care, she replied politely and then i talk to the second boy, the # boy, he indirectly scolded me with wrong bad words and tried to fight with me instead of caring my words nor complaint why this bsnl should keep this unqualified # busty customer care? If you can't serve your customers then please shut the company, wtf cant we ask for what we lost? I lost 90 rupees and got replied rudely It's my sincere request to shut those bloody boys or your company. This might be the reason the company goes down. Was this information helpful? | |||||
