Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — BSNL Landline broadband out of service for more than 1 month and unaddressable by any BSNL official | |||
Hi, My BSNL broadband (landline) is not working for more than a month now. My landline phone number is [protected] (Asansol BSNL circle). I lodged a complaint long time back but without any luck. After visiting the local BSNL exchange office for several times, I was told the problem is with my computer. I paid Rs.600 and got a technician to check my PC. The technician has confirmed there is no issues with my PC. After next few weeks of continuous visiting the BSNL office and rigorous requests, that I made to the BSNL officers, ultimately I felt that they are simply making a fool of me. It has been more than a month now that I am out of internet. My several work related and personal activities are stuck and I am paying BSNL my landline and broadband rentals for no reason. I am frustrated and highly disappointed with the worst ever customer service and inefficient technical skills of the BSNL officers and hence I am now only left with the option to complain to consumer court. Before helplessly doing that, I thought to try my onus with your forum expecting of some help. Please feel free to call me on [protected].
