Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited [BSNL] — Not getting caller id function of my number[protected]

I Ram chandra singh using a bsnl landline number[protected] not getting a caller id function bt after complaing to exchange office and nodal office, etc. still there is no assurence from the bsnl that when i will get the service, after running every day to exchange office now i was told that bsnl donot provide caller id.So lastly i complain to consumer forem.
