i have submitted a bill of RS 620 for my landline[protected] on 19th may 2014 through my SBI ONLINE payment mode...but after payment i received a message that transaction failed ...again i resubmitted my RS 620 bill through the same gateway..this time no message received ...i checked my SBI account ad found that RS 620 has been deduc
ted two times quoting different references... i checked BSNL bill payment column, found that bill is submitted successfully...but i havn't received my RS 620 ..i have also complaint to SBI regarding this matter but no action has been taken yet...please do needful Was this information helpful? | |
