Bharath Gas — Charging additional amount than the bill amount of refill

Hi Team, This is Balakrishna, I am the neighbor to one of your bharath gas customer who is staying in ground floor, Ramamurthy Nagar. Customer(Veerappan) given the book and amount to collect the refill while they come, because he went to office. The delivery man taken additional Rs 30/- than the bill amount. When I argued with him, he took the full cylinder and walking away and behaving in rude. Because of emergency I have given the amount what he asked. So, Could you please look into this and do not encourage these things next.
