Hello, I have paid 12973 rs to renew my Car insurance in Bharati AXA web site on 1st of June. till now I haven't get any information on this I.e no vechile inspection no calls no documents. regulary I am trying to call customer care number no one is providing proper response. they are saying only one thing we are forward it to concern team they will get back to you it has been 5 days no one has call from Bharati Axa. its very irritating. is there any way to get my paid amount back Thanks, Hajee
