I went to bhargava's parlour situated in ashiyana, lucknow on 09/04/2019 to get full hand and legs waxed. Their was negligence on part of the employee at bhargava's saloon due to which my arm got burned. They used extremely hot wax on my arm and because of their negligence, the skin from my arm was burnt leaving a permanent scar.
No money was refunded even after they acknowledged their fault.
