Hi,
I have opted for a new broadband connection in mugalivakkam, chennai on 30-march-2020. I was doing an online payment for which the session has timed out and the amount of rs: 5232/- was debited. Hence, i've made a second transaction which was successful. The representative told me that the money which was deducted the first time would get reflected automatically. Today is 04-may-2020, my money is still missing. Customer support doesn't respond. I do not know how to get the money back. The representative keeps telling to wait since one month.
