Bharti Axa — bharti axa complain against policy[protected], wrong commitments and fake promises

My name is satya prakash (Policy number[protected] this is regarding complaint against some commitments by bharti axa employee at the time to giving policy which has not fulfilled yet (Six months passed)

This policy has been issued by rakesh kapoor (An employee of bharti axa), below are the commitments/ promised done by him on behalf of bharti axa:-

1. Receiving of 10% cash back if payment done yearly - so i made payment of 36000 as annual payment but didn’t received cash back amount yet. Did many follow up with him but no still waiting..

2. Mr rakesh kapoor advised to make payment through credit card which he will convert in emi later on but unfortunately due to mishappening in family of his senior they forgot and resulted i charged whole amount by bank.

3. I discussed same with him and his senior (Mr. Anil) they advised me to take loan and make payment to bank and they will get interest reimbursement by bharti axa. So i taken loan and made payment and sent statement of interest paid by me to mr rakesh through whatsapp and he given me assurance that i will receive whole reimbursement (10% cash back + interest charges by bank) as they were omitted to convert emi.

4. But now it’s been 6 months passed after conversation with him but i am still waiting for those cash back and reimbursement.

5. As i didn’t commitments fulfilled, i raised complaint in bharti axa complain department but didn’t get support.

6. However, after raising complaint, he called me again promised that if i will get back my complaint he will fulfill his promises. Again it was another fake promise by him.

7. Main point company is not taking any action against such employees who do many promises just to sell policies, might it is advised by company to do so.

I have tried to connect with mr. Rakesh kapoor through whatsapp but he saw messages but didn’t reply

Tried to connect through call but couldn’t.

So now i am disappointed with this experience with bharti axa as since begging facing issues again and again... And non of issue been resolved (Only verbal commitment by them to resolve but no action by them).

So can you please look into this matter and help me?

I didn’t received further response from anyone if they are helping me and taking action against the employee who did fake promises on bahalf of Bharti AXA.

However by doing such things they may loose many customers (future prospects) and trust.
