Bharti Axa — Called the company and sent an agent, did a fraud | |||
My Car insurance of Swift DL3C BJ 0764, Policy no. D1124M was expiring on 11th Feb and I called [protected] and they told me no problem will collect the cheque on 15th Feb but unfortunately they send an agent and we want a company representative, he also has no id card of the company and he has not given us the yellow cover note but a Motor Proposal (PFA) in which cover note no. Is also not mentioned. The agent mobile no. [protected] which he has given is also not valid. The agent didn't told us to put 11th Feb date and we put in 15th Feb which caused all of this problem. A call came on another day from [protected] saying you put in a wrong date and then we said the agent should have told us but then no worry take another cheque from us but she said no, now we cannot accept the cheque and I will send a inspection person for new insurance but why should I bear for the agent wrong being.
