[Resolved] Bharti Axa — delay and not responding for "change of insurance holder "

I submitted the documents with fee of 50 rupees for change of insurance holder name.
I approched bharathi axa general insurance company limited, m g road.
They said that, i will take 3 days to process. They provided their number for any issues. Number - +91 [protected], 080-[protected].
But its 40 days after submitting, they have not done my work. They are not receiving the calls.
What hell they are doing for 40 days for this issue i dont know.
Please dont approach bharathi axa for insurance, they are not providing good service. Try for any other better insurance company.
Bharathi axa insurance is not good, i[censored] are customer of this insurance, please change the insurance company.
I am tired with these guys
