Bharti Axa General Insurance — Car policy not done after 45 days of payement

I renewed my Car policy online through Bharti Axa General Insurance, while my previous policy was from New India Assurance. I had paid the policy premium amount on 30th May 2015, after the verification of my car at my residence. I have been issues a proposal form, which I filled and reverted back, and after 2 days O got a proposal policy, which I can use till my original policy comes. But even After 45 days, my policy is still not in place, I do not have a policy number also .I made a regular followup from the agent in Bharti Axa and she kept me dark saying due to some technical issue in software, it will take 1 more week and so on. Even I have made up a complaint on their complaint department, but the reply was it will be solved as soon as possible, without any date for resolution. Please help.
