Dear Sir,
With reference to above subject I have a motor Insurance 0% dep. Comprihansive policy from Bharti Axa General Insurance Jaipur vide their policy no. FPV/ I1503376 /R1 /01/ D1R11L issued on 22.01.2015.
I have submitted all relevant documents with Police FIR copy to service centre at the time of lodge the claim.
now the car has repaired on 22nd January 2016, and they sent final invoice to insurance company to settle claim amount and issue Delivery Order for the vehicle .
since last 25th January 2016 I am trying to get DO from Insurance company but they haven't issued it till today.
I am suffering without car and travelling in rented taxi for going here and there.
I have speak with several time to concerning persons at Bharti Axa office over cell phone at Jaipur and Delhi but they are not given us proper answer for the same.
After that I have sent mail to GRO Bharti Axa General Insurance on Dated 30.01.2016 for settle our claim urgently.
I have received a mail from Insurance company customer care on dated February 2, 2016 stating that they will settle the above matter urgently and revert back to me.
Till today I have not received any information and massage from GRO Bharti Axa General Insurance about my accidental claim.
You are requested please lodge my complaint against Bharti Axa General Insurance company and take appropriate action upon this matter.

I have received letter on dated 16.02.2016 from Bharti Axa GI stating in this letter that I will take claim from washing service station where car had accident .
They accept in this letter that it was an accident but they preliminary denied to settle claim .
I am enclosing here that letter which have received from Bharti Axa GI.
