[Resolved] Bharti Axa General Insurance — regarding poor service | |||
This is to inform you that i had my flight from goa to new delhi on 20.03.2019 at 9:30 pm. This flight was delayed for 2 hours. My pnr no is s6ly3f & policy no are sx6424306 and sx6424305. I called at bharti axa general insurance customer care if there is any help i can get in case of flight delay. Despite of 10 calls no body has picked my call & helped me. Now my question is what is the benefit of taking insurance when company even dont pick your call in emergency. Why we should spend more when there is no benefit will be given by company. I am really thankful to god that there was no medical emergency as company does not feel like to help people. In short we are just wasting our money by taking so expensive insurances as company even dont dare to pick up your call. Was this information helpful? | |||
