I, Sudarshan Ghosh, resident in Delhi, had purchased 2 MIPS Policies in my name, from Bharti AXA Life Insurance in 2012. I was informed on phone by the company agent that I would get good discounts on premia, if I purchased a 3rd MIPS Policy .
Accordingly, I purchased a 3rd MIPS Policy for which 2 premia - of 2012 and 2013, have been paid till date.
However, till date I have not received any discount ( supposed to be paid back in my bank account) . I have written applications and contacted Complaint Department of the company through e-mail, for cancelling the 3 MIPS and refund of paid up premis, as I had been missold the 3rd MIPS . But they have not paid any heed to my complaint and my Rs 1 lakhs ( already paid as premia), is stuck with the company for past 3 years.
Please help me in getting back my hard earned funds from the company, after due cancellation of the 3 MIPS policies.
