[Resolved]  Bharti Axa Life Insurance — refund for policy

I took 2 policy as per different plans. Detail as under Owner : VIJAY VIRENDRA TRIVEDI Basic Plan basic sum assured (Rs.) Policy no agent code policy date 1. Bharti AXA Life Bright Stars Plus 180,[protected]-[protected] 2. Bharti AXA Life Dream Life Pension Plus[protected]-[protected] 1.[protected] NAV - 14.2365 No o[censored]nits - 82.6334 2.[protected] NAV - 9.6897 No o[censored]nits - 482.6590 I had been paid premium twice details are as follow: 1 Policy No.:[protected] monthly premium 1500.01 Amount paid by BOB CHEQUE Rs.:3000.00 2. Policy No.:[protected] semi-annually premium 6000.00 Amount paid by CASH Rs..:6000.00 After few days i would decided to surrender both policy due to personal reason, then I will contact agent for surrender, he asked me to contact to customer care, then I will visited to customer care they will told me to wait for 3 years. After completed 3 years i will go to the bharti AXA then suddenly they told me your policy has been lapsed. Now what should I have do for this, please advise for this subject.
