It's really a very bad experience with AXA since I have been trapped and misguided by AXA agents for purchasing the policy.
one person from AXA team (Mayank Shukla -[protected]) called me in sep 2023 and given me totally wrong information along with him one subordinate was also there Priyanjal ([protected]) who also convinced me to purchase the policy by giving false Attractive benefits of policy.
I had been told that the entire family would be covered under this policy for medical benefits (Cashless + reimbursement facility) along with a savings plan, so I purchased this policy in last SEP month & started following up with Mayank to confirm by when i will be getting medical cards but its been already two months gone still I have not received any medical related doc/cards.
when I called customer care to inquire about it, confirmed to me that as such no benefits are included in this policy.
For reference sharing WhatsApp chat where I asked Mayank to provide status of medical cards/ coverage policy link etc. but he never responded otherwise i could have communicated in the very starting.
Looks to be my hard earned money has been trapped, kindly help me in refunding the amount from Bharti Axa insurance. Was this information helpful? | 
the following is the conversation that happened for selling me the product
I got a call from a Lady stating that she is calling from Bharti Axa Life Insurance and asked if I'm interested in the Investment
After that she added Rajesh Malik, a Relationship Manager at Bharti Axa who explained the plan to me which is Bharti Axa Life Elite advantage plan for period of 12 years, also there are only two investment options 30000 and 50000 with the following benefits
Investment Option Commission every Year Medical Insurance members for Medical Insurance
30000 30% 5 lakhs 5 persons
50000 40% 10 lakhs 8 person
also I was informed that I just need to make payment for initial 6 years and after 6 years till 12 years the company will reinvest my money.
After explaining above plan he has handed over my call to Rakesh Ranjan who stated to be a fund manager in Bharti Axa and confirmed all the given information and company is giving the commission because this policy will be created under my agent Code.
With above information they told me that once the payment is done someone from bharti axa life insurance will reach at my home to hand over all the documents of Medical Insurance and also will credit my commission amount to me.
Initially they also told that free look up period will be till the time someone from bharti axa will come with the final documents.
I have already raised to stop my policy and refund my amount to Rakesh in reply of which he is saying have created my refund case.
I only have the contact number of the Rakesh and Rakesh, since all the conversation had happened on Whatsapp with disappearing messages enabled or over call.
