I want to change my dob which is mentioned on the proposal form wrongly.

I am a army person due to the busy schedule I checked my policy bond now and find the mistake.

Now Pls change my dob as per my document.

On proposal form my dob is-01/10/1975
And as per document dob is 10/10/1968

Pls change and Confirm
