[Resolved] Bharti Axa — Payment deducted but policy not delivered in 3 months with useless reasons | |||||
Worst company, thief, non working, irresponsible, not delivered policy. I searced for policy of my wagon r on policy bazaar. Got a call immediately from bharti axa. They explained very quickly and asked for the online payment of policy renewal. I have done that within few minutes. After that the company is in silence mode. I have called for the policy to the company approx 150 times in these 3 months and asked for my policy but they said that due to tax issues we are not able to generate the policy. in this way i called daily many times and they passed the first 2 months with the excuse that your policy is not showing in our system. sorry for that and call again later. After 2 months they said that we got your policy and i asked for the hard copy. They said that it will be delivered at your address within 10 days. i called again after 10 days that i didn't received my courier. The biggest blunder is again here. The tracking airway bill number they provided was not working. I called them again and asked to track the courier with the number they provided. They tried to track and said may be there will be some mistake in the tracking code number. They said that we will again deliver the courier and provide you the tracking number. After 5 days again i called them that what is my tracking number of courier they said that they are working on the complaint and when they will deliver the courier i will get the sms with tracking number on my mobile. Today i am writing this after 3 months of payment for my renewal policy of wagon r. My previous policy is expired and still I didn't get my policy. Who will save my challan from the traffic police now. This company hangs up with everything and failed in their own work. Was this information helpful? | |||||
