[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — payment done but didn't get soft copy

My policy number is sa266241 and i had done my payment on 15/11/2018 but till now i didt get my policy soft copy. Everday i call to customers care but they excuse and dont take any action to this i request you to send to soft copy asap. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and my cintact nmbr is [protected]
Its very urgent. And i done payment through link sent by bharti axa
