[Resolved] Bharti Axa — poor customer service | |
Hi this is rebecca, a customer of bharti axa life since 2009, i am very disappointed with the customer service agents, they give their nos to contact when the customer needs help but they don't pick up the call, n dont call back, till they pitch the policy they contact continuously, but once it's done they don't bother, it took me more than a week i have been asking them to send me some forms for transfer of my funds to anther policy and it's taken so lightly, the only branch in goa is in panjim n the customer service is very poor he does not have full information regarding the policy and what are the benefits, he gave me wrong information, and was not able to guide me with other options that i came to know later.
