This is regarding the policy i am holding with bharti axa life with policy number[protected].
The mode of payment was annual when i had made the payment.
The payment date was 09-apr-2019 and i also have the premium receipt for same.
After this, i changed the mode of payment to semi-annual on 09-april-2019 which ideally should be considered for next year and not the current year.
And hence, my next due date should be around 11-april-2020 and 11-october-2020.
But i am receiving continuous mails and messages for payment of premium even though the premium payment was already done.
I want to know why i am receiving such emails and messages even after the premium was paid.
I had emailed the [protected]@bharti-axalife.com on 31st oct 2019, but no response except auto generated mail. (Bharti-axa=[protected]
But on 10-nov-2019 i have received an email stating that my policy has lapsed.
Email dated: 10th november 2019
Hence, i had to put down a follow up mail on 10th of november 2019 but no response.
I even called bharti axa customer care twice but no one could provide me satisfactory answers.
What is actually going on in bharti axa. Are you trying to fleece the customer by such tactics? Was this information helpful? |
