I have raised a claim on feb 11th, 2018 and have given my two-wheeler in the service center (Sarram autocrafts, orr, mahadevapura, bangalore) on the same day for repair. I got a call from service center after two weeks that insurance survey has been completed and repair has been done. I got no call from insurance company so i have called the customer care and got the insurance handler details but the number was not working. Finally, i got a call from another handler in march asking for the claim details. Informed that survey has been done and am waiting for your call to claim the refund. Later, on 14th march, i had to pay the amount in full with the service provider and asked to collect the bike, else fine will be charged on parking. Now, insurance company told the bike has been repaired before the survey has been done, so they closed my claim request stating i accepted to close the request which i didn't. I have raised a complaint with the company, but to my failure, they are acting on it. I got a call from the insurance company in 1st week of march where my claim is raised on feb 11th which is completely not acceptable. When i tried to call, that also went in failure. I've raised a compliant on the service center as well as they told me insurance survey has been done but hasn't been as per the company.in between their incapability, i've lost lot of time and had to take the stress.
