[Resolved] Bharti Axa — Worst Service Provider | |||
Hi I would like to bring in your notice that I have insured my car FORD FIGO(DL 7CK-9842) with Bharti AXA last year which needs to be renewed after 2month. But unfortunately my car has small damaged and your executive ( Surveyed parson name Amrish) has not approved all damages while it is insured by Zero dept policy. I am waiting since last 2 week while your executive has been wasting my time by passing the blame on other people. I am not able to get a concrete response from him till date. I being your customer it is your duty to resolve my problem but here, I am continuously chasing to get any response from you guys. This is height of irresponsibility. I would like to get connected to higher authority, who can resolve my problem as your present executive has failed in doing so. I should get the complete claim as my request is genuine.
