Bharti Infratel Ltd — Fraud by mobile internet tower company

I am a victims of a mobile tower installation fraud company. I am getting calls from unknown person who are claiming that they are bharti airtel employee and asking for land details aadhar card pan card etc.for tower installation.after sending all details they have selected my land for installation, and asking for some more document like electric bill passport photo and telecome licence.on behalf of telecome licence they demand Rs13500.which i have paid. After that they are not available on mobile.
Kindly help me if possible to get back the money .I am in crisis and helpless.i had tried to approach the cyber crime and local police but they did not take any action.pls help me and also save india by aware this type of fraud company.
