Bharti - Retail Easy Day — Incorrect Amount Deducted but not refunded

Hi, I Purchased goods from Easy Day Ghaziabad (Opulent Mall) on 18th April worth 586.00, however was incorrectly charged 7230.00/- for the transaction although i have the receipt for the NULL/VOID payment as told by their customer service Rep the payment ill be credited with in the next 24-48 hours, but it has not been done yet. I called them repeatedly to tell them about the issue. Eventually received a call from them and they asked me to get a copy of the bank statement where it shows that the amount has not yet been credited. The Guy told me that it will be checked and credited back within the next 24-48 hours. But so far the payment has not been credited. I spoke with teh guy again Name :- Ashish :- ([protected]), now he told me to give him an updated copy of the bank statement as the previous one was not sufficient and he also told me to take my banks help, I want some to help me out on what, s going on here and it seems Easy day is least bothered or concerned about it. Till today(2/May/2015) i have not received the amount in my account as i checked with the bank and have the updated information. Please help and do the needful.
