Bhopal City Link [Bcll] / Mybus Bhopal — complaint about 311 coming late on 9.30am everyday

I regularly go at 9.30am from the bus stop nariyal kheda but the bus which comes on 9.30 am regularly comes late and sometimes it doesn't come and sometimes it also not shows on the chalo app. So that i have to wait 10 to 15 minutes on the nariyal kheda bus stop for the next bus and i get late. Please do something for that so the public will not suffer.
