Bhumi Sudhar Nigam — I am complaining about cheating money

I have applied for a job in bhumi sudhar nigam. They said me to pay 1100 refundable amount but after payment they did not receive my call blocked this no. Before 2days i got a letter by postal bhumi sudhar nigam regarding job in chandigarh but when i go through details i found it was false there is no such same govt. Organization there are more then 1000 cases against these organizations. Plz realize the situation there are 100 of youths who are being cheated daily. So plz lunch case against them.
