Dear Sir/Madam, My Vodafone no. [protected] Vodafone has Charged an amount of Rs. 1153.68 for the vodafone mobile connect charges in my monthly bill although 3G service is already activated in my monthly rental Plan. I have never ever given any request for the activation or deactivation of such service on my mobile nor used the service at any point of time. suddenly i got a bill with the charges, vodafone is trying to fool its customers with fake charges without and is adding unauthorised amounts to the bill. It is an serious issue and has hurt my faith and trust i had earlier towards vodafone request for the correction in the bill and adjust the amount to correct bill amount regards Pankaj Wahane Was this information helpful? | |||
