Mr Ayush SVP ( Bhutani Group ) and Abhishek ( VP Bhutani Group ) both have visited our place for this Alphathum project. We were interested to invest in one office but they both have convinced us to divide our payment into two and book two spaces. They were the only one to promise that at the time of possession if by any chance we are not able to make payment for two offices, we will directly merge your payment into one office without facing any hassle.

Now they can see the situation, we are chasing both the guys from november when the demand for two offices were raised. And till now nothing has been resolved. Whether you are in this project or any other, you are in the same company and working for bhutani. You should atleast consider the clients with whom you have dealt initially.

We went for two office spaces only going by their words and noone else. They should take this forward on high priority.

Due to this unwanted delay, the ARs have also stopped when the delays are at your end, why should we suffer losses?

Now, No one is taking our calls for the resolution. Its totally a mis selling by the reputed company Onroll staff.
