I have purchased my preleased shop in world square mall in 2017 where I was assured to get annual returns at Rs 8750 per month for 9 years and after every 9 years will get appreciation of 12 per.
Bhutani or Ahuja and Anand buildwell did not paid our Annual rentals on time nor he paid for several years and now he is not paying at all.
This is injustice being done to us and all staff is uncooperative and behave like goons and...

I am still waiting for my refund of 50000 Inr which I paid to book my unit. I have cancelled the unit but still didn't get my refund after more than 5 months.
BHUTANI TEAM IS REALY BEHAVING LIKE CHEATERS.

1. Against this investment, i got only 11 advanced return cheques of rs 2042 each but actually they have committed to give advance 36 cheques or till possession as they sent confirmation via email to me.
