Big Bazaar — Bill lost | |||
Sir I've purchased two ACs on 6 may 2011. My Samsung ac is in warranty period but it's compressor goes off. I've lost my bill but I've all the details of these ACs. Big bazaar says that they have no records after 2-3 months. Kindly help me in providing the bill on my email address "gaurav.[protected]@gmail.com" so that I can claim my warranty. Thanks.. Dear ma'am,
Future group doesn't resolved my problem, they are asking "lost bill no." to help me out. How can I find the lost bill no. Even I've told them all the details but they are not responding. Now I'll never shop anything from future group as they are helpless to resolve this simple issue.
