My name is vivek kumar singh.
On 5th March 2022, I ordered cooking oil for rupees 913 from BB-SURYA TREASURE ISLAND MALL bhilai, which big bazar cancelled it and deposited this money in its wallet instead of refunding it..

After then I have send many emails to get it refunded but it was of no help....

I had taken FD from FEL and they paid interest for 2 years but now i am not able to contact not getting any returns....

I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club Card bearing No. [protected] and have a balance amounting to Rs. 8926.00. Now Big Bazaar retail showrooms are closed all over the country and our hard money is stuck in the Big Bazaar. So you are requested to ask the Big Bazaar when they are returning the balance amount of their Big Bazaar Profit Club Card customers....

This is regarding my big bazzar profit club card (number : [protected]) refund.

As all the big bazzar stores in my area are closed, I can't use this card anymore.

I have purchased big bazaar profit club card and as of now I have a balance of Rs 9000/-in it.
Big bazaar has closed and now I am not getting any update from them about my account balance and how to get the refund.
You are requested to please see into my case and register a complaint against big bazaar for getting my amount refunded asap.

I had taken big bazaar membership card on nov 2021 as deposited 10000 rs which validity for one years but now big bazaar is closed and there is no response by them neither mail nor customer care nos. so i want to return that card and refund my 9000 rs amount. please help. regards, senthil....

They have closed the outlets without any notice as well as no information on refund of balance amount in these cards.

You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.

Hello, I purchased BB profit club in the month of February 2022 by paying 10000 amount in Pune. Now there is no open stores in Pune and unable to send any mail to BB customer care. Please help in getting my money back....
