Big Cinemas — Excess charge on water bottle | |||
Respected sir/mam, I purchased a water bottle in 'Carnival Cinemas alis Big cinemas, Ameerpet" on May8th 2017. To my shock I was 43.67 Rs + 6.33 rs Tax rounding about Rs 50 for a water bottle pricing about rs 20. When I asked them how can they charge more than MRP they said they are helpless and it is decided by the management. As per my knowledge none can sell anything beyond MRP. The staff is rude. The food quality is worst. When say something to the staff they say you can take it or cancel it. Hell with this cinema. This cinema should be shut down. No proper food products available. No maners to the staff...
