Dear Sir/Mam
From last 2 years I always book ticket from TDI Cinema Agra Up 282001, they didn’t take ticket money by online(debit/credit card) from today almost every thing is digitalised but they pressurised peoples for cash payment it’s his nature to increase social corruption, and always says that his machine not in working condition.
So I request u to please see this matter seriously and revert me otherwise I complain same to telecommunication department of India.

We went to imax wadala for watching karwaan on 5th aug. As per govt directives, food items are allowed to be carried inside cinema halls & theaters from 1st August but we were denied to carry dry foods.
Clear voilation of govt norms. Strict action to b taken.

In Big Cinema, Wardha, Maharashtra on dated 07/10/2018 show time 3:15. When we entered in theatre there is no AC is working as well as few fans are working no speakers are working and the show starts on 3: 45. Very worst experience in Big cinema, Wardha. Kindly do something. At least please Returned my money it’s 236.
