Big Cinemas — Wrong timings of show | |||||
Sir, I have booked two tickets at ebony lounge gipmall noida by book my show with booking id. Wfhjbdg dt17aug2016 11am. But the tickets generated were for 11pm. I came to know about the fault after reaching big cinemas gip noida. I talked to cinema authorities but they didnt help saying that the fault is all of your booking site and they don't even running any show at 11am. All this has harrased me both financially and mentally so you are requested to look into the matter otherwise i will have to take further action. Because i am feeling cheated for other's fault either yours or book my show. Hope you will consider this seriously an take an early action.
