THE SCAM CALLED BIG LEAGUE LIFESTYLE
I don’t know how many of you have heard about BIG LEAGUE LIFESTYLE. Well, I certainly wish I hadn’t ever.
1 year ago a representative from a company called BIG LEAGUE LIFESTYLES met our family and offered us heavy discounts on flight and 5 star hotel booking all over the country for an exchange a handsome amount of money (Rs 35000 for a year of subscription) . It looked like a very authentic company with proper brochures and everything. As all o[censored]s travel a lot, we decided to apply for the scheme which later turned out to be a treacherous scam to call it the least. Every time we tried booking a ticket for travel through their representatives on the phone, it was a horrible experience. They would make us hold on phone for ages and then would offer a ticket price more than the online price available at various travel websites. The attempt to book a hotel was no different. We were promised at least 5 free nights in a 5 start hotel. Any attempt to book a hotel room was replied to by a sharp and funny argument, “Sir we don’t have rooms available on these dates, can you book for some other dates ?.” I mean can one believe they asked me to change my travel dates to suit the dates they could provide the hotel room. Then there were 3 – 4 months of ‘Heavy Season” when they could not provide a hotel room. However rooms in these hotels continued to be available at many websites online.
Excuse after excuse followed and we were never given our promised hotel room or discounted air ticket. And then there were coupons for parlours and dinners which were denied citing non availability of dates or silly excuses like “not informing them 2 weeks before reserving for a dinner.” Have you ever heard of some booking a dinner 2 weeks before going.
All the complaints to the so called customer care were unanswered. The customer care never had a senior who we could talk to and they refused to provide us email addresses for complaint and refused to register any complaint whatsoever.
We have lost our money in the process, the mental torture being another story to tell. I am writing this not to take out my own frustration but as a warning to anyone reading this. This company is totally fraud and is here to loot people. DONOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP CALLED BIG LEAGUE LIFESTYLES

I am also the victim of BLL with my other two friends. They offered us the stay for first two days to attract us in Ranikhet. But soon after that they are making excuses for every date and destination. I have given them all possible margins for booking but they have only one answer that they don't have the availability. They are real frauds. The company is not certified and making money out of people. I am in a process to apply for a case in consumer forum.
