We had paid rs.29000/- to big league lifestyles for lifestyle services. Our memberships no are 70010423 & 70010424 for league imperial plan for the book holidays and provide lifestyle services. The fraud was started from the sales girl miss nisha on the date 18th may 2016 on telephonic and mail conversation she confirm our require booking at m. Abu and she ask us to payment transfer thru rtgs, the all confirmation received from the registered mail id of the company. After then we have transfer the money from my account. On the next day we call those for confirmation of payment receive and booking of hotels, they simply deny for any such booking confirmation. We try to call miss nisha more than 100 time bus till today she is not pick up our calls.
After this we try to book hotel multiple times from the helpdesk toll free number[protected] but we aren’t get succeed.
Recently we have try to book hotel on date 08th april 2017 we ask him to generate request for book hotel at goa and they give us booking ref. Number 55820 on the same date and ask us to call on 3rd may 2017. We call on the given date but they say booking is not available. We have call again on 11/05/2017 the response is same.
Now we fell that we are cheated from this company
