BIG TV — My connection has been suspended without any reasons.

My connection No[protected] I have made one year payment to this connection but SUDDENLY TODAY THE connection was suspended saying that i should pay Rs.162.00 for resuming service. Though I have made payment for this connection for one year. what is the need for suspending the service.Please check at your end and resume the services otherwise i have to proceed against the company in consumer court.
