I live at Bathinda Punjab and my saving banck account number is [protected] with state bank of Patiala. There was a scheme advertised on facebook about an offer from big2sale.com selling a new Samsung J5 phone for Rs 6198/-(including shipping charges of Rs 200/-) on 12th February 2016.
I clicked on the advertisement that lead me to website of big2sale.com. I was told to register on website with personal information and create a login password ([protected]@gmail.com and internet12 as password) etc. (see Figure 1)
I selected to purchase one set of the said phone. The amount was deducted from my saving account (see Figure 2) immediately and order confirmed by email (see Figure 3). But till date no product has been received. The website on login shows the previous order details (see Figure 4).
I tried to contact the owners thru email and phone number given on website, but did not get any answer. It seems that the website is fraud. Please try to recover my hard earned money, the e-commerce website is working (being run) from Bangalore city. The address given on website is Big2sale, vashu sandhya, 3rd Floor, 11th Main, 40 Feet Road, 5th road, vasnundhra Industrial Layout, Bangalore – 560034, Karnataka, India (see Figure 5).
If more information is required, I will send happily, please resolve this issue, the amount may please be get refunded in complete.
