Dear sir, I ordered amobile phone model Samsung j7 on 11/02/2016 on your website An amoount of rs 7198 was deducted from my account, But till yet I have not received the confirmation of same, status of the order shows " in process" on your site I tried to call you many times but your phone is always switch off how many days you take for mobile Delivery or you refund my money in my account.
