Bikanervala — Unhygienic food & worst customer service

Hi, I ordered samosas, kachori and dhokla today. 1. They served with bare hands, in front of my eyes...one guy behind the counter picked up the samosas with bare hands, gave to the other guy, who was standing outside the counter and then he put it on the plate and served us. Both the men were continuing touching other stuff before and after serving. 2. The dhokla was worst in taste. I asked to get a taste for it and they said it's Rs. 25 / plate which I had to buy. Since my kids were hungry, I ended by buying one full plate of it. Whereas it was very bad in taste with water flowing down in it. On mentioning this, the person in-charge started talking rudely and arguing. This was a very bad experience for us. I don't understand how come such a good name of "Bikanerwala" is having these kind of people working/managing for then. Thanks, Brijesh
