Bilcare Ltd. — Not refunding FD amount and misguiding depositors | |||
I had deposited rs. 30000/_ for 3 yrs with the bilcare ltd. the CLB has ordered that depositors having deposits less than rs 100000/_ and /or depositors above 70 yrs should be paid latest by 7months after the date of maturity.On enquiry i was surprised to hear from bilcare pune office that i am below 70 yrs THOUGH I am 79 yrs .my FD matured in mid sept 2015..probably they are altering the original data. Refer to your earlier post dt 16.11.2015 reg not getting Rs 30000 from BILCARE.
As per last CLB New Delhi Order Dt 11.03.2016, all BILCARE Investors of age over 70 with principal amount Rs 30000 were to be paid back by May 2016.
Have you got your money back? If so, please share the information on refund, principal amount, interest paid for delay etc so that others can keep their hope alive. I Would be glad to get a call from you.
