I have been working in uae for past 7 years and in 2016 when i came back for my first vacation (As per company policy - 2 times a years vacation) to celebrate the occasion as my elder brother blessed with the baby girl (First girl in my family after 5 generation) therefore we had a family gathering in manali (Where my brother's wife father home). Day after the party i have moved to delhi airport as i have finished my vacation.
The time i arrived in uae, customs have stopped me to check my bags and from the short i have given to brother in law of my elder brother, they have found a 0.05mg hashish however i have explained the situation, begging them fro my future, my family but the result was vain and they put me in prison for 9 months.
In 2015, my family came to visit me in uae and during that criteria, i have done some shopping and also borrowed some money from banks, i was paying the installment earlier on time but due to that fact i couldnt paid more.
While my prison time, i have checked with everyone in prison that would banks allows me to exit from uae as i have to pay the debts however i learned from the police officers that the charity trust will pay the money and no one will stop me at airport as i didnt run from uae and neither the court or police department receive any complaint about my debts.
End of 2016, i have been freed from prison and was sends back to home.
In 2017, i started to receive emails that, they will file a case against me and inform to banks in india and also put me in jail bla bla bla.
I just want to know one thing, why no one hold me in uae or inform to court or police to stopped me to exit from uae as i know no one can exit from uae without paying anything however these kinds of email surprising that they didnt do as they were finding me in uae which is unbelievable.
Kindly advise what should i do to finish this issue.
