Bilkish — bilkish threat

Hi. I am zane diaz i was in kuwait and returned to india in 2016 without taking any exit due to some family issues leaving behind a credit card due of 1211 kd which now have become 1629 kd as informed to me through mail which also had a threat of legal action will be initiated against me i. E travel ban civil case police case etc... By bilkish recovery agency... On 15th of july 2019 their representative call me and asked to pay but i cooperated and negotiated and they agreed to settle down at 1410 kd to which i still didn't agree... And the matter is still pending
Now my situation here in india is that i m earning just my daily bread and don't have dat much much capacity to repay that big amount at one... But honestly i never had any negative intention to defraud the bank... I want to be a free mand..
Today i got an offer for job in saudi and the interview will happen next week in india... Will i have any complications to get through it, means i am afraid of getting into any legal situation. Please advise me if i am selected will it be difficult to process the paper work of saudi.... I want to pay all my debts and become a free man to travel the globe.
