Bilkish — threatening to pay bank loan amount

Dear all,

Wanted a piece of advice urgently on below please.

I took bank loan in Oman in 2014 and left the country when I lost the job though paid loan instalment for 6 months.

In-between Bilkish from Mumbai contacted me in India but somehow it passed on couple of years.

And the issue now is, I am back to UAE ( Dubai) and working with an company.
Shockingly, I got an call from Bilkish on my new UAE mobile no. yesterday and I am still surprised/shocked and wondering/wondered how and who gave my contact details to Bilkish? Even they came to know about my company as well.
While talking, I told that I am here on visit visa in search of job…But they were threatening me to pay some amount urgently otherwise, bank will file police case and block my travel etc.
I told them I don’t have money right now but will pay some next month.
And they say if not paid, they will contact my company HR about this etc etc..

So, please help me on below:
1) Whether Bilkish can contact my company HR if amount not paid? Indeed, I do not have money to pay/settle as I am working on a very minimal salary now.
2) What should be my position since it is nothing to do with Company, its personnel loan and personnel issue?
3) And whether Bilkish inform the same bank in UAE to contact me and create issue?
4) Please help what should be my stand ? to overcome this issue.

Urgent advise is appreciated, sir.
