Billdesk — HDFC Credit card payment done, but not effected | |||
Hi Team, I've made a transaction to pay my Credit card bill payment which ends with 9930 from Axis bank account. The transaction ID is "DUTI[protected]". The transaction done on 16th July 2015 and it has mentioned, it will get effected by 2 Working Days. But still it didn't get effected. Need you help in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I've got a call from the person who represented Billdesk. Does it necessary to give the whole credit card details to revert back my amount? I don't think this is the process to revert the money. Also Please let me know the exact procedure to continue further to revert back the amount or make the transaction successful
